Current employees, contractors, officers and directors of ZWC777, as well as their immediate family members residing in the same household, are not permitted to register or hold active accounts on the Platform.
To access ZWC777's full range of Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You are required to provide at minimum: a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password and confirmation that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
You warrant that all information provided at the time of registration — and throughout the duration of your account — is accurate, truthful and not misleading. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, fictitious identity details or another person's personal data, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on ZWC777 at any given time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether to circumvent restrictions, claim additional bonuses or for any other purpose — is strictly prohibited. ZWC777 reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any associated balances or bonus credits without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ZWC777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate password security. ZWC777 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to full compliance with these Terms.
You agree not to take any action that interferes with, disrupts or imposes an unreasonable burden on the Platform's infrastructure. Prohibited technical activities include but are not limited to:
You agree to interact with ZWC777's platform, support staff and other users in a respectful and lawful manner. Harassment, abusive language, threats or discriminatory behaviour directed at ZWC777 staff or other users via any Platform channel will result in immediate account suspension.
The Platform may reference or integrate content from third-party game studios, payment processors and data providers. ZWC777 is not responsible for the practices, terms or content of any third-party service. References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as locally familiar context only. They do not constitute endorsement of gambling activities by those providers, nor do they guarantee that such payment methods will be available on the Platform at any given time.
ZWC777 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform's cashier page at the time of deposit. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the operator and may vary by payment method, account verification status and applicable promotional conditions. All amounts on ZWC777 are processed in the currency designated by the operator; Pakistani Rupee (PKR) equivalents are provided for illustrative context.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, using stolen payment credentials or engaging in any form of fraudulent funding is a material breach of these Terms, may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law and will be reported to relevant authorities where required.
ZWC777 aims to credit deposits to your account promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. ZWC777 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment providers, banking institutions or network infrastructure outside ZWC777's control.
If a deposit fails to credit to your account within the timeframe specified on the Platform, you should contact ZWC777 support at [email protected] and provide your transaction reference number. ZWC777 will investigate the issue in good faith; however, ZWC777 accepts no liability for funds lost due to incorrect account or payment details provided by the user.
Withdrawals of Real Money Funds are subject to: (a) completion of full KYC verification as described in Section 4; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; (c) compliance with the minimum withdrawal amount specified on the cashier page; and (d) ZWC777's reasonable satisfaction that the withdrawal request does not raise fraud, money-laundering or security concerns.
ZWC777 endeavours to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Platform's cashier page. Actual receipt of funds will depend on the processing times of the selected payment method and any applicable banking intermediary. ZWC777 accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
For anti-money-laundering compliance purposes, withdrawals will wherever possible be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit and up to the amount originally deposited via that method. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn via an alternative verified method at ZWC777's discretion.
ZWC777 reserves the right to delay, withhold or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of identity or fraud investigations. ZWC777 will communicate the reason for any such withholding and will aim to resolve the matter as promptly as reasonably practicable.
ZWC777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins and cashback promotions. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any additional terms specific to each individual promotion, which will be clearly stated at the point of offer.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — and any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a credited amount of PKR 1,000 requires total bets of PKR 20,000 before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagers on certain game categories may contribute less than 100% or zero toward wagering requirements; the applicable contribution rates will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
ZWC777 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; low-risk hedged betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements while minimising financial exposure; and any systematic exploitation of promotional terms. ZWC777 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings and suspend accounts in substantiated cases of bonus abuse.
Bonus Funds that are not utilised within the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be forfeited automatically. ZWC777 will provide reasonable notice of expiry where practicable.
ZWC777 reserves the right to alter, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, provided that any rights already vested in a user prior to such change are not retrospectively affected without reasonable justification.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ZWC777 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
ZWC777 reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law in response to any prohibited conduct.
ZWC777 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity; a risk of harm to ZWC777, other users or third parties; or where required to do so by a regulatory, legal or law-enforcement obligation.
Following investigation of a suspended account, ZWC777 may permanently close the account if the investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms. In the event of termination for cause, ZWC777 reserves the right to forfeit Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Real Money Funds deposited by the user and not implicated in fraudulent activity will be returned subject to applicable verification and regulatory requirements.
You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting ZWC777 support at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled in the ordinary course. You may be required to complete any outstanding wagering obligations or forfeit associated Bonus Funds before Real Money Funds are released. ZWC777 provides its Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we endeavour to maintain continuous uptime, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect access to the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZWC777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; loss of goodwill; or loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
Subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law, ZWC777's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ZWC777 shall not be in breach of these Terms, nor liable for any delay or failure in performance, to the extent that such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond ZWC777's reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God; civil or military authority; power or telecommunications failures; natural disasters; or government-ordered platform restrictions.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZWC777 holds its applicable operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights of users that cannot be excluded under the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence.
Users based in Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani courts may separately have jurisdiction over disputes arising in Pakistan, and that ZWC777's licensing jurisdiction may differ from Pakistan. You are encouraged to seek independent legal advice if you are uncertain about your rights or obligations.
ZWC777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, ZWC777 will provide reasonable advance notice — typically no less than 14 days — by posting a notice on the Platform and/or sending a notification to your registered email address.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.3 before the amended Terms take effect.
